Next meetings

Wednesday June 17th - 2-4pm 

Berry head - Brixham - Meet in the main car park ( SX 941564 ) I will be there irrespective of the weather at 1.0'clock  with my picnic lunch.

Wednesday July 22nd ( NB 4th Wed) 2-4pm

Andrews Wood - ( SX 714520) Going towards Loddiswell on the B3196, there is a car park on the rt approx 250m beyond Coldharbour Cross. The very rare Heath Lobelia should be in full bloom. I will be there with my picnic lunch at 1.O'clock.

Wednesday August 12th - 6.30pm onwards. 

Fairlight, Mill Cross, Rattery ( SX 736613) Moth Bar-B-Q (No not barbequing moths, but looking at moths caught in UV light traps, while enjoying each other's company and cooking your own meat/etc. on my large gas bar-b-q). My wife, Dot, and I will provide bread and salad, bring your own drinks. Our home, Fairlight, is approx 1km west of Rattery village centre and 100m north of Mill Cross. 

Wednesday August 19th -2-4pm 

Jetty Marsh Nature Reserve, Newton Abbot ( SX 865720 ) Entrance is approx 100m on the left going towards Newton Abbot racecourse and Tesco's from the B&Q car park. This walk with its stretch of old canal is part of the Templer Way.

Wednesday September 16th - 2-4pm

Blackslade Down, Dartmoor   Meet at Hemsworthy Gate ( SX 742761 )(Leader Nicky Cozens as I will be away in S.W.Australia)
